Are payments secure?

For your security, your card information is encrypted by SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on FlyAPPI is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey). These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorized use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquiries.

When will my order ship?

Orders take about 3-5 working days to process.

Depending on the carrier and your address, standard delivery takes between 4-6 working days for orders within the USA and EU.

How do I make payments using paypal?

If you choose payment by PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

You can log in to your account there with your user details and make the payment. Payment will usually be registered within a few minutes and your order will be instantly processed.

How do I make payments using a credit card?

How do I return my order?
